·        Browsing data: Data collected through own or third-party cookies, provided the user has been informed and has accepted them. Legal basis: user’s consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). Data processed for this purpose are those collected by cookies, according to their purpose (see our [Cookies Policy]).

·        Commercial communications: To send, only to users who have voluntarily opted in, promotions, offers, news, invitations to events, and other marketing information about the Owner. Legal basis: user’s consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). Users may withdraw consent at any time by sending an email to aina.colom@icaib.org from the same account where communications were received.

3. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained while the relationship is maintained and deletion has not been requested, and in any case for the periods required by applicable law.

No personal data collected through this website will be disclosed to third parties, unless legally required or with a lawful basis for processing.

The Owner uses third-party providers that set cookies for analytics and behavioural advertising purposes. The Owner has no access to the information generated by these cookies. Users can manage their cookie preferences in advance and at any time by reviewing the [Cookies Policy].

Data may be processed by service providers acting as data processors (e.g., shipping, messaging, accounting, IT maintenance, advisory services). Such processing will never be considered a data disclosure, as providers act under the Owner’s instructions.

Photographs of individuals appearing on this website constitute personal data. They are published for promotional purposes with the voluntary consent of those concerned. Any person wishing to have their image removed may contact the Owner, who will act as soon as possible. This does not apply to professionals providing services, where image use is part of their professional engagement.
